CVF Fans Topic of The Week! Who’s tipped as the big improvers….
Last week we put the call out to Central Vic Footy fans to ask them who they think will be the biggest improvers in Central Victoria in Season 2010.
Here’s a selection of their responses
” Echuca in the G.V.F.L will be a massive improver they finished 9th last year, have recruited the house down with Kristen Height, Joel Perry, Dylan Butler and Chris Egan just some of the stars added. Plus their is a great bunch of kids their also that should develop again. Top 3 for sure which would be atleast a 6 spot jump, I’d say that would be hard to beat anywhere else”.

One of the new boys! Kane Bloxsidge is set to be in the thick of the action at Canterbury Park.
” I think Eaglehawk will jump straight back up the Bendigo League ladder. Last time guns like Robins, Lock, Gretgrix etc were here they were Premiers and they have added alot more talent than with Josh Bowe another I’m looking forward to having a full year in the BFL. I think they can win it and would be mighty surprised if they didn’t atleast play off in the big one”.

” I’d have to say Leitchville-Gunbower I know their swapping leagues but I reckon they will jump straight into Premiership contention. Crossman has been a good player and should led the team well and I think their hard runners can take the Heathcote League by storm”.

”Mounts have got a fantastic record over a long long time and I would expect them to bounce back from a bad year and give the flag a tilt. Davis will be better for knowing alot more about the competition now and there has been some great recruits mentioned so watch out for the Mountain Men I’m tipping them to be the big improver”.
